AI Agents just got a lot more multilingual (46+ new languages added)

We’ve expanded the AI Agent Default Languages with 46 new languages.

This is especially important for AI Agents on Voice, as the selected default language determines how the agent starts and conducts the conversation from the very first interaction. On text written channels the AI Agent always tries to first detect the language based on the incoming message.

Languages which are added:

Arabic, Armenian, Belarusian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Marathi, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese.

Where to find the languages:

Go in the main navigation to AI Automations > Select your AI Agent > select the wished default language.
