Journey update: ability to cancel runs from the Inbox

We’ve launched a powerful new Journey/Inbox feature today that will boost visibility, control, and efficiency in the Inbox for agents using Trengo.

Here’s what’s new:

  • ⭐️ New Inbox Sidebar tab for Journeys

You’ll see a brand-new sidebar item in the Inbox, giving agents the actual status (refreshed every 3 seconds) if a Journey is actual running, completed, aborted etc.

  • 🛑 Abort Button for Live Journeys

Need to stop a running Journey? Will be possible! With the right permission, agents can now abort a Journey run directly from the Inbox sidebar.

  • ⚡️ Click-Through Access to Runs

Admins and supervisors (with the right permissions) can jump straight into each Journey Run from the Inbox sidebar. This will save tons of time and make troubleshooting and optimization way easier.
