More flexibility, more control, and unlimited custom roles! Administrators can now create their own roles and define exactly which permissions each role has.

Why is this exciting?
This is a big step forward for larger organizations managing multiple teams, departments, or brands in Trengo. Each can now have its own access levels and permissions, something that wasn’t possible before!

How does it work?
Go to Users → Manage roles → Create role (on the left), and you’re ready to go!
