Just a quick heads-up! Starting April 1, 2025, Meta's pausing WhatsApp marketing template messages to U.S. phone numbers.

What's New:

➡️ Marketing messages to U.S. numbers via WhatsApp templates won't be delivered.

Good news: This doesn't affect messages to other countries!

We want to help you avoid sending messages that won't reach your U.S. customers. When a recipient has a US phone number - Trengo will not send the message, and show you an error about the recipient.

Please adjust your U.S. WhatsApp campaigns. If you have any questions, we're here to help!
