Agents are currently required to merge conversations sequentially, which is highly inefficient for customers who accumulate 10+ separate WhatsApp tickets over time. This fragmented history forces agents to repeat the merge process multiple times or manually search through closed tickets to reconstruct customer context, leading to slower response times and potential communication gaps.

Wished result

A "Merge all" functionality that allows agents to consolidate every conversation associated with a specific contact (e.g., same phone number or profile) into a single thread with a single action. This would provide a unified history within the active ticket, eliminating the need for repetitive manual merging or external profile lookups.
