Setting up and editing AI agent scenarios currently requires filling out rigid, manual forms. This process can be time-consuming and often lacks the flexibility needed to quickly translate complex customer service requirements into functional automation steps.

Wished result

An interactive chat-based interface for building and modifying AI scenarios using natural language. Users should be able to describe customer situations to automatically generate goals, steps, and guardrails, edit existing flows with simple text commands (e.g., "make it friendlier"), and utilize workspace-specific data for accurate routing and live testing before deployment.
