Full email templates with subject lines and attachments

Business problem

The team frequently sends standardized outbound emails, such as confirmations and informational updates. Currently, Quick Replies only support body text, forcing agents to manually enter the subject line, recipient, and attachments for every new message, which is repetitive and time-consuming.

Wished result

The ability to create comprehensive email templates that include a template name, subject line, email body, optional default recipient, and attachments. Users should be able to select these templates directly from the composer (e.g., via a dedicated button next to Quick Replies) to automatically populate all email fields at once.
