Full filename visibility in sidebar attachment tab

Business problem

Identifying specific files within long conversation threads is currently difficult when multiple versions of the same document are exchanged. The attachment tab in the sidebar truncates long filenames, which prevents agents from distinguishing between different file versions without opening them individually.

Wished result

Improved visibility and identification of attachments within the user interface, such as full filename displays on hover or expanded views. This should include clearer indicators to help agents quickly differentiate between multiple files in a single thread.
