Business problem
Currently, the CSAT AI Journey only allows for a single review link when a customer provides a positive rating (4+ stars), which limits the customer's choice of platforms for sharing feedback.
Wished result
The ability to include two distinct review platform links within the "Request online review" message for positive ratings, giving customers more flexibility in where they leave their feedback.
