Request a Live Chat Transcript

Allow the user who initiated a live chat to request a copy of the conversation quickly and easily.

A “Request Transcript” button should be displayed during the chat or immediately after it ends. When the user clicks the button, they will be prompted to enter and confirm their email address. The full chat transcript will then be sent to that address.

This feature would give users a convenient record of the conversation without requiring them to copy or save the messages manually.
