AI HelpMate conversations enabled through Journeys are now visible under assigned

From now on, when a conversation is handled by the AI Agent (HelpMate) via Journeys, it will also appear in the Assigned folder — giving you and your team more visibility and control.

Here’s how it works:

• For existing Journeys, this setting is turned off for all existing HelpMates in there (can be switched on).
• For new Journeys, this setting will be on by default for all new added HelpMates.

You can easily adjust this preference per HelpMate in your Journey settings, see screenshot.
