AI Summaries in Journeys now support Arabic

You asked, we delivered. Journeys can now generate conversation summaries in Arabic, making it easier for teams to collaborate, understand context, and hand over conversations in the language that matters most to your customers.

When setting up your AI Summary block in Journeys, simply select Arabic from the language dropdown. More languages, better handovers, stronger conversations.
