You can now edit internal comments directly inside ticket conversations. Fix a typo or add context without deleting your note and starting over.
What's new
Inline note editing: Hover over any internal comment you posted and select edit to update your text, links, or mentions.
Intact timelines: Keep your conversation thread clean and legible instead of cluttering it with deleted messages and duplicate posts.
Why this matters
Deleting a detailed handover note just to correct a tracking link or an order number is unnecessary friction. You can now update shared context in seconds, keep your team aligned, and move on to the next ticket.
