Journey AI typing indicator is live on multiple locations

We have added the “ is typing” chat bubble/indicator to the Journeys Playground and to Live chat, Facebook Messenger and Telegram channels, if Journeys has been activated on these channels.

Keep in mind that we have default a 5 seconds wait on published Journey channels, before the typing bubble is being triggered (because we wait on some additional input on the chatters side before generating an AI message back)
