Journeys can now run again (and again), on the same ticket

A new Journey setting to allow multiple runs per ticket, is now live 🔥.

Why and what?

Previously, a trigger could only run once on a ticket. With this update, it can now run endlessly - a big win for flexibility! 🎉 You’ll find the option under General settings → Advanced.

This is especially useful for customers who have the “Re-open channel” setting enabled. Now, a Journey can automatically run again on the same ticket whenever the previous run was completed and it’s get re-opened again.

Bonus
With this setting enabled, you can continuously test conversations and Journeys in Playground without ever pressing the Refresh button again.
