Message attribution and automation tracking in Inbox

New: Message Attribution in the Inbox

You can now see exactly who sent each message in the Inbox.

For every message, we now show whether it was sent by:
• a Human agent
• an AI Agent
• a Journey

If the message was sent by automation, you’ll also see more detail:
• Which AI Agent sent the message
• Which Journey triggered it
• Which block inside the Journey generated the message

This makes it much easier to understand what happened in a conversation, debug automations, and monitor how your AI and Journeys are behaving.

No more guessing where a message came from.
