Whats new?
- Agents could create/update a card seamless from the Inbox.
- Every card will show up that is linked to the contact of the ticket.
Ideal to see…
- which deals are ongoing (or are completed) with the contact
- which status the ticket internally/or issue has when having contact
- which stage the candidate is in when having contact
Why?
This saves agents precious time to switch between products/tabs and gives right away the overview that should be known when answering questions or chatting with known leads.
