Support of new introduced pricing by WhatsApp

Trengo now supports WhatsApp's updated pricing structure, effective October 1, 2026. This ensures continued accurate billing for your WhatsApp conversations.

What's new

We've integrated the new WhatsApp pricing logic. From October 1, 2026, charges will apply to specific message types:

• Customer Service messages (non-template replies within the 24-hour window) will incur charges after 1000 free messages per number.

• Utility templates sent within an active 24-hour window will also be charged.

Why this matters

WhatsApp is changing how they bill for certain message types. This update keeps your Trengo billing aligned with their new model.
