Three new actions released to Journeys

New actions are being released:

  • ✉️ Forward to email: is now available for all email triggers - handful to forward automatically a full chat conversation or to raise awareness to of certain emails
  • 🚫 Mark ticket as spam is now available for email and messaging triggers - handfull to automatically flag spam or marketing related emails by AI.
  • ❌ Delete ticket is now available for email and messaging triggers - handfull to auto clean up your incoming messages after a certain time period of max 90 days (GDPR e.g.).
