We've enhanced AI Agent for Voice options. You can now fine-tune how your AI Agents sound to customers.

What's new

• Expanded different voice selections to the AI Agent.

How to use it

Add for example the following sentence to the Tone of Voice field of the AI Agent.

Use cedar voice please

Available voices: marin, cedar, alloy, ash, ballad, coral, echo, sage, shimmer, and verse.

The Tone of Voice field is also now better at influencing expression, personality, and possible accents - so feel free to experiment.
