Websites as knowledge source for HelpMate now generally available

⭐️We're excited to announce that the ability to use website URLs as knowledge sources for HelpMate is now officially out of beta and generally available to all Trengo users!⭐️

This feature allows you to significantly enhance HelpMate's ability to provide accurate and comprehensive customer support by leveraging the content directly from your website.

HelpMate uses the content from your added websites as an additional knowledge source, supplementing your uploaded documents. When a customer asks a question, HelpMate searches both your documents and website content to provide the most relevant answer
