WhatsApp updates: track your WhatsApp engagement
Enjoy the improved message delivery status ✅
We’ve improved WhatsApp message delivery tracking for a more consistent and transparent experience.
- More accurate check marks: we’ve refined our codebase to ensure that message statuses (delivered/read) are displayed correctly and consistently.
- Clearer “Failed to Deliver” messages: if a message fails, you’ll now see the Meta error code and can copy it with a hover tooltip for easier troubleshooting.
- No error code: we’ll show the error text instead so you always have the right information.
These updates make it easier to track and understand message delivery.
