Trengo now supports WhatsApp messages with video attachments—making customer interactions more engaging and dynamic!
- MP4 video support – Send and receive video files via WhatsApp.
- Works across all WhatsApp messaging types – Use video attachments in Inbox messages, templates, and broadcasts.
- Meta-supported file size limits:
- Videos: Up to 16MB (messaging, templates, and broadcasts), and MP4 only.
- Images (JPEG, PNG): Up to 5MB (normal messages, templates and broadcasts).
This update enables richer communication, helping businesses showcase products, share tutorials, and provide more personalized support through video.
