Advanced survey customization and report filter logic

Business problem

Current reporting and survey tools lack flexibility in data filtering and exportability. The workload management filter incorrectly assumes multiple selected labels must coexist on a single conversation which brings the number to zero, and survey feedback is difficult to share or migrate due to the lack of translation and export options.

Wished result

We want the ability to toggle between 'OR' and 'AND' logic when filtering for multiple labels in reports. Additionally, we need CSV export capabilities for survey feedback and more advanced survey customization, such as including a callback request option for customers who report a negative experience.
