AI Agent business hours awareness

Business problem

The AI Agent currently does not account for business hours when interacting with customers. This requires a manual workaround using Journeys to apply conditions, which is inefficient and difficult to manage for multiple teams with varying schedules.

Wished result

The AI Agent should natively recognize business hours to inform users when they are contacting the business out of office. It should be able to share automated "out of office" messages and trigger specific actions based on the current time and day.
