Business problem
Currently, the AI Agent is restricted to text-only responses, preventing it from sharing essential visual or technical documents like how-to guides, return labels, or product photos. This limitation forces unnecessary escalations to human agents for simple document requests, increasing response times and workload.
Wished result
The ability for the AI Agent to contextually attach and send media files (images, PDFs, and other attachments) as part of its replies to provide a complete self-service resolution.
