Business problem
It is currently not possible to reply directly to specific messages within a conversation, causing replies to always appear at the bottom of the chat. This creates ambiguity and confusion when multiple questions or topics are being discussed at the same time.
Desired outcome
The ability to select a specific text message from a customer and reply directly to it with a quoted reference, similar to the functionality in WhatsApp.
