Automatic deletion of tickets (retention period)

Business problem

To comply with privacy legislation and our own privacy statement, it is necessary to apply a specific retention period for customer data. Currently, there is no automated way to permanently delete old tickets after a certain period.

Desired outcome

The ability to set up automation rules where tickets are automatically deleted from the inbox after a predefined period of time.
