Preserving line spacing when copying and pasting

Business problem

When copying and pasting text into conversations, Trengo automatically adds excessive line spacing, which negatively affects the readability and professionalism of messages.

Desired result

The editor should preserve the original formatting of pasted text, or by default, paste text without unnecessary extra blank lines. Additionally, there is a need for 'Shift + Paste' support to insert text directly without formatting.
