Editable internal comments

Business Problem

Currently, it's not possible for Customer Support and Sales teams to edit internal comments on a message after they've been posted. Mistakes can only be corrected by deleting the entire comment and retyping it, which is inefficient.

Desired Outcome

The ability to edit existing internal comments, allowing typos or incorrect information to be corrected quickly and easily without having to delete the entire comment.
