Board tagging notifications

Business problem

There is currently insufficient awareness and oversight of specific board cards, making it difficult for users to stay on top of time-sensitive tasks and updates.

Wished result

Notifications for Board activities, including alerts for approaching expiration dates, new assignments, or mentions. This should ideally include a dedicated red bubble notification counter, similar to the existing notification bell, specifically for Board-related updates.
