Business problem
The client wishes to have a flow on Instagram where a Direct Message is sent in reaction to a comment in a post. At the moment only DM's are possible if there is a first message on that DM, but ideally we should also be able to trigger messages based on post comments.
Wished result
Start flows of direct messages when there is a comment in a post.
