Centralized signature management per domain

Business problem

Currently, a signature must be set up individually for each email channel, even when these channels belong to the same domain. This makes managing signatures time-consuming and error-prone when changes are needed.

Desired outcome

The ability to create one central signature per domain name that can be applied universally. Users should be able to choose per channel between the central domain signature or a unique signature for that specific channel.
