Condition overview and titles for Journey branches

Business problem

When building complex Journeys, it's currently not immediately visible which specific conditions are set for each branch in an "apply condition" block. Users have to click open each block individually to understand the logic, which comes at the cost of the overview and efficiency when managing extensive workflows.

Desired outcome

An improved interface for the Journey builder where conditions are directly visible on the branches of an "apply condition" block, or the ability to assign custom titles and names to these blocks for better visual recognition.
