Contact group folders and categorization

Business problem

The current list of contact groups is becoming unmanageable due to the high volume of groups used for client classification and outreach. This lack of organization makes it difficult for users to quickly locate and select the correct group among many entries.

Wished result

A folder-based structure or dropdown categorization system for contact groups. By grouping related contact groups into topic-based folders, the interface would remain organized, allowing users to efficiently navigate and find the specific groups they need.
