Contact name edit validation and real-time updates

Business problem

It is currently unclear how to save a modified contact name within a ticket, as there is no visible confirmation button and the action relies solely on the "Enter" key. Additionally, the contact name at the top of the ticket does not update in real-time after a change, leading to confusion about whether the update was successful.

Wished result

A dedicated "Save" button for contact name edits and an immediate, real-time update of the name displayed at the top of the ticket without requiring a manual page refresh.
