Currently, channels in Trengo are displayed in the order they were created, which prevents teams from organizing their workspace logically. This lack of structure makes it difficult for support and sales agents to maintain a clear overview when managing numerous channels across different countries and marketplaces.

Wished result

The ability to manually reorder and group channels in the sidebar, allowing teams to categorize them by country, platform, or department for improved navigation and efficiency.
