Business problem
Currently, order details from Shopify or WooCommerce are not displayed in the Trengo sidebar when a contact is identified by a phone number via WhatsApp or Voice channels.
Wished result
Integrate lookup functionality so the sidebar automatically displays matching e-commerce order information based on the incoming phone number for WhatsApp and Voice interactions.
