Business problem
When copying and pasting text into the email editor, the original formatting is often retained, but there is currently no way to manually adjust the font size within Trengo. This prevents users from ensuring visual consistency and professional styling across all outgoing communications.
Wished result
The addition of a font size adjustment tool within the email editor's styling toolbar, allowing agents to customize the size of their text directly.
