Purchasing and migrating phone numbers through an external Twilio account is currently a manual and time-consuming process. Delayed response times from Twilio support further hinder our ability to scale communication channels quickly.

Wished result

The ability to purchase new phone numbers and initiate number migrations directly within the Trengo application to streamline setup and reduce dependency on external support portals.
