Encrypted file support

Business problem

Currently, Trengo is unable to display or open encrypted files (like smime.p7m) received in conversations, forcing agents to leave the platform.

Wished result

The ability to view and manage encrypted files directly within Trengo so that the platform can be used as the primary communication tool without needing to switch back to Outlook.
