Facebook ad-only and dark post comment sync

Business problem

Comments on Facebook ad-only creatives and "dark posts" created via Meta Ads Manager do not sync to Trengo, even with Feed messages and reactions enabled. This requires agents to monitor Meta platforms separately, leading to missed customer inquiries and fragmented communication workflows.

Wished result

Facebook ad-only creatives, dynamic ads, and catalog ads should sync comments directly into the Trengo inbox as conversations. This would allow agents to view, manage, and reply to ad-specific comments alongside regular organic and boosted post interactions within a single interface.
