Forwarding support for high-volume attachments

Business problem

Currently, the platform prevents forwarding emails that contain 20 or more attachments, regardless of the total file size. This limitation hinders the ability to share comprehensive documentation or large sets of files with external parties or colleagues.

Wished result

The ability to forward emails with a high volume of attachments, potentially by automatically compressing them into a .zip or .rar file, or by shifting the restriction from a fixed count to a total file size limit.
