Combined inbox view for users

Business problem

Currently, teams have to constantly switch between different folders, such as 'New' in the main inbox and 'Assigned' or 'Mentioned' in their personal inbox. This constant navigation and the need to closely monitor unread notifications across different columns result in an inefficient workflow.

Desired outcome

A combined 'all-in-one' inbox view for users, allowing them to configure which items (such as new, assigned, or mentioned messages) are displayed in a single overview. This would enable team members to work from one screen and take immediate action on incoming items, without having to click between different inbox sections.
