Granular Instagram story interaction controls

Business problem

Currently, Trengo groups Instagram Direct Messages, story mentions, and story responses into a single "Direct Message" category. This lack of granularity causes issues with AI automations, which may trigger incorrectly or provide irrelevant responses due to a lack of context regarding the specific interaction type.

Wished result

The addition of specific toggles within the Instagram channel settings to independently enable or disable "Story mentions on other accounts" and "Story responses on own account." This would allow for better control over which interaction types are imported and processed by automations.
