Currently, the website widget's live chat channel does not support embedded "Click here" hyperlinks. This limitation prevents agents from sharing clean, professional links and forces the display of long, cluttered URLs in the chat interface.

Support for hyperlink formatting within the live chat and website widget, allowing agents to embed URLs behind specific text for a cleaner customer experience.
