Implement multi-language translation for outgoing messages

Business problem

We communicate with customers in Romanian, but our team members do not speak or write the language, which creates a significant communication barrier and slows down response times.

Wished result

It would be highly beneficial to have an integrated translation feature that allows agents to translate their outgoing messages into Romanian (and other languages) directly within the conversation window.
