Business problem
The lack of keyboard navigation for common inbox actions forces agents to rely solely on mouse clicks, which slows down the workflow and reduces overall efficiency during high-volume periods.
Wished result
The introduction of configurable or standardized keyboard shortcuts for frequent actions, such as:
Send reply: ⌘ + Enter
Send and close: Shift + ⌘ + Enter
Assign labels: ⌘ + 1, 2, etc.
Toggle ticket status (Open/Closed): ⌘ + T
Start new conversation: ⌘ + N
