Business problem
It is currently not possible for team members to view draft messages from colleagues. This hinders collaboration when a colleague is absent or when a manager needs to review a message before it's sent.
Desired outcome
The ability to view and possibly edit draft messages from other users within a conversation, so teams can collaborate more efficiently on customer replies.
