Make telephone number a primary contact field

Business problem

When collecting data through Journeys on Instagram, Facebook, or Live Chat, captured phone numbers are currently stored as custom fields. This prevents Trengo from automatically matching or associating these prospects with existing contact profiles in both Trengo and CRMs like HubSpot, leading to duplicated or fragmented contact records.

Wished result

The ability to map Journey input collection directly to the primary phone number contact field. This would ensure seamless contact matching and improved lead management across integrated platforms like HubSpot.
